Summary
As a single-stage-single-suction horizontal cantilever-type centrifugal one,model ZM(slag)slurry pump is designed through absorbing advan-tages of similar products from home and aboard.Itis convenient to install and easy to disassemble and repair.
The pump head part:model ZM(slag)slurry pump has double pump casings in structure.Thatis to say,itis made upoffront pump casing,backpump casing,front guarplate,back guard plate,sheathing,shaft casing.The flow contact parts are made of Cr26,Cr30 materials,while the front andback pump casings are made of gray cast-iron or nodu-lar cast iron.The outlets of the pump can beinstalled at the interval of 45o,at eight angles,according to user's requirements.At the front andback cover plates there are back blades to lowerleakage,so as to extend the life and increaseefficiency ofthe pump.
The shaft seal part:The shaft seal has two forms:shaft seal of auxiliary blade wheel andfilling seal.The shaft seal of auxiliary blade wheel is featured with not thinning ore slurry,long life ofseal and good effect of seal,etc.The filling seal has simple structure and is convenient to repair.Drive part:Model ZM(slag)slurry pump can be directly driven.The bearing support,in combinati-on with bearing body,has high strength in structure,big diameter of pump shaft,good flexibility,and
short cantilever.Even if in bad working conditions,no bending and vibration can arise.Because ofusing heavy single-line cone roller bearing,it can stand axial and radial loads of the pump.The shaftis lubricated with oil.At both ends of the bearing body there are bearing covers,inside of whichthere is seal ring.The ring can effectively protect ore slurry from penetration and the lubricating oilfrom leaking.This can make sure that the bearing can run safely.In accordance with users'require-ments,the drive part of the bearing can be in double-open type,and lubricated with thin oil.This can lower the temperature of the shaft.

Overview
GLZ and GLYZ(ZM)slurry pumps are a single stage,single suction cantilever horizon-tal centrifugal pump designed to absorb the advantages of similar products both domes-tically and internationally.The pump is easy to install,disassemble,and maintain.Pump head:The GLZ and GLYZ(ZM)slurry pumps have a dual pump casing structure,whichincludes the front and rear pump casings and front guard plates.Rear guard.Composedof sheath and shaft sleeve.The overflow part is made of JM3,and the front and rearpump casings are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron.The outlet position of thepump can be installed and used by rotating eight different angles at intervals of 45ºC according to needs,and can be installed according to user requirements.The frontand rear cover plates of the impeller have back blades to reduce leakage and improvepump life and efficiency.
Shaft seal:There are two types of shaft seals,the auxiliary impeller shaft seal andthe packing shaft seal.The auxiliary impeller shaft seal has the advantages of notdiluting slurry,long sealing service life,and good sealing effect.The packing sealstructure is simple and easy to maintain.
Transmission is divided into:GLZ and GLYZ(ZM)slurry pumps can be directly driven.The bearing seat and bearing body components have high structural strength,large pumpshaft diameter,good rigidity,short cantilever,and will not bend or vibrate underharsh working conditions.The bearing adopts heavy-duty single row tapered rollerbearings.Capable of withstanding axial and radial loads of the pump.The bearings arelubricated with grease.There are bearing glands at both ends of the bearing body andsealing rings inside,which can effectively prevent the entry of mineral slurry andthe leakage of lubricating grease.Ensure safe operation of bearings.According touser requirements,the bearing transmission part can be split and lubricated with thinoil to reduce shaft temperature.
